Please review your itinerary, and our terms and conditions:
At the specified time of pick up, if you can not locate your chauffeur, please call our dispatch office at 1-877-603-3010 and we in turn will locate your chauffeur immediately.
However, if you decide to leave the designated pick up location without contacting our office you leave us no choice but to charge you the full contracted price.
Unfortunately, there are No Exceptions.
Wedding – Promenade – Corporate Events or any Limousine Rental Service:
When you make a reservation utilizing a credit card, you are agreeing to “Reserving the Selected Vehicle” for that specific date and time. Furthermore, you are agreeing to provide a 50% deposit via credit card, cash and/or certified check. We can not execute and/or honor any reservation without a deposit.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 (calendar) days prior notice of cancellation of event and limousine rental service. There are No Exceptions. If the reserved limousine rental and/or service is cancelled within a 24 hour period of scheduled pickup, you will be charged the full rate of limousine service you have originally agreed to.
TORONTO LIMOUSINE shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) act of nature, weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown incorrect pick up and drop off information and/or any situations beyond our control.
CLIENT and contracted renter are responsible for his and/or her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of any vehicle in our fleet you have rented.
My Toronto Limousine LLC shall not be responsible and/or held accountable for personal effects left in the limousine.
